Join us as we walk, roll, and unite to unlock better treatments, crucial support, and a brighter future for every individual living with Lowe syndrome.

Every child and adult living with Lowe syndrome faces doors that feel firmly shut—barriers to targeted therapies, specialized care, and life-changing research. This November and December, we are putting the power directly into your hands to open them.
Our 2nd Annual Walk & Roll, hosted by the Lowe Syndrome Association (LSA), is a worldwide, peer-to-peer event driven by families, friends, and community advocates like you. Between November 24 and December 2 (the day after Giving Tuesday), you choose the date, the location, and the scale. Whether it’s a casual neighborhood stroll with your family, a school track event, or a simple gathering at a local park, every movement raises vital funds to break down barriers for our community.
This Year’s Goal is $80,000
Together, we are going to raise $80,000 to fund medical research, family support networks, and advocacy for our community. Every walk, roll, and gift moves us closer to that goal.

Lowe syndrome is a rare genetic condition impacting the eyes, brain, and kidneys. Because it is rare, our community must lead the charge to ensure no family navigates this diagnosis alone. By hosting an event or donating, the funds you raise go directly toward:
